Does anyone here take ADHD medicine?

If you do and you’re willing to talk about it I’d really like to hear a line or two about how your head-space functioned before and after administration of whatever meds you may have had prescribed

Adderall, ftw.

I take Adderall. Keeps me focused. No idea how people can take it and feel high or whatever the side effects other than mental clarity are.

Some use it to try to lose weight, but I find its most useful when I break my Adderall up and put it on cheeseburgers. No weight loss here. 😎

I recreationally take Adderall from time to time. It's basically the infinity drug for me: high energy and focus, periods of euphoria, limited appetite. Great for golf or just working your *** off for a few days.

Unfortunately I become an even bigger ******* after any extended usage: anxiety, slight paranoia, heightened irritability. I also bite my lip like I'm strung out on cocaine. If I take it during a weekend bender look TF out.

So that's me and Adderall. I mostly stay away from it these days tbh.

Knocked off a five term Congressman in the primary. Campaigned on being the "GOP answer to AOC"...
Young, crazy, kind of hot, and no experience or background that should lead to a spot in Congress.

I’d say they knocked that one out of the park.

Is there still no movement on the basketball schedule, locations, etc....or is it just lost amongst all the political coverage?

A little concerning given its mere weeks away. This particular winter without hoops, or even a very limited version, would be absolutely brutal.

Adderall definitely helps to remain focused and able to multi task. I take 2 30mg IR per day. (most allowed to be prescribed). Now, I will crush em up, I like the immediate jolt of energy. It can be used for a diet suppressant, but when, not if you become tolerable to them, it actually works the other way. Hate Vyvanse, but Pretzel was wrong, the capsules DO come in a powder form, not just the beads.

A lot of buzz among UK media circles right now that the schedule may wind up being in a constant state of flux. It's so much more difficult when you don't have one organization setting the standards and guidelines. I kind of fear that we may wind up with an SEC-only type of deal for the regular season. Even heard Matt Jones mention today that it could be some pick-up type games on the fly like you see schools doing in HS football right now. It's gonna be a bit messy IMO.

Vyvanse hits me like fishscale cocaine. My lil animal brother (the most legit ADD person I've ever met) is on it & needs it....but man, touch that stuff.

That's wild. It feels milder than a cup of coffee to me.

catsfanbg, I mean if you snort vyvanse like you would adderall, you're not going to get the donkey-kick to the face like with some of the other stimulants. it's not active until it's metabolized.

My wife slangs vyvanse and I dont know much about the drug but I know they are no longer allowed to keep samples in their vehicles outside of immediate trips to a doctors office because of the heightened threat of people robbing them for the pills. Also not supposed to drive the same route consistently for the same reason- so that stuff must be pretty wild.

2500 fans in Rupp, UCLA and Texas, Memorial hosting Madness. That's about all I've seen.

I believe it. I had to sign a contract with my doctor's hospital network regarding controlled substances, had to take a piss test, and I'm subject to random pill counts and drug screens. If I ever want to switch pharmacies, it's a whole huge process. I've never even smoked weed. hahaha.

My pharmacy sometimes says "yeah, we have one ready" and sometimes they say the name of the scrip which I HATE. I do not want whatever jabronis are around hearing I'm walking out of the store with a Schedule II.
