Turns out the guy who drank the fish tank cleaner was given it by his mentally ill wife who had been wanting to divorce him for almost a decade.

Just should have had a few more firefighters on the case and they would have known this from day one.

Programming note: Tonight at 9pm on HBO the college basketball cheating scandal documentary airs.

As unbelievable as it is that Will Wade is still coaching, this airing could shake up a LOT in college basketball next year. The entire country being able to hear these tapes is going to speed this up. Could be some recruits and current players that need to find a new home (LSU, Arizona, etc).

-Just received a new job offer which will be beneficial in the long-term. I've worked in multiple roles in mental health and substance abuse over the past 10+ years, so I'm pumped. The new role will give me more lattitude into creating a more comprehensive plan to help Veterans like myself with PTSD and possibly helping create new futures. Unfortunately Vets make up 23% or so of the homeless population.

-I'm more pissed about the delay of football season for the Cats than basketball...at least we get to know those knuckleheads more and see some development.

-Pretty sure I saw wcc1 and his lass on a "quarantine walk" around the neighborhood on Sunday. I decided to not be weird and say, "I think I know you from the internet." Due to social distancing and what not.

-I think Tiger King was released too soon. Besides grilling, that's been the peak of my quarantine.

Is it just the cleaner or the fish tank water as well? My neighbors have a koi pond, can I just use some of that?

F*cking Willy, always ahead of the curve. Over there living his best life with a big back yard koi pond with no F*cks given about corona.

Have been enforcing my social distancing. Kind of enjoy a snarky “ hey 6 ft, please.”

Maybe I’ll throw some Cleaner in the bubbly tonight.

I'm down 10 lbs from the Rona shutdown so far (this is my 4th week of staying from home as I saw this coming). Combination of not traveling for work (so not eating out 8 times a week), exercising a lot more, and the first week of just sheer nerves and therefore not having an appetite. I do a bunch of mile runs throughout the day between meetings. Not sure if that's as good for you as running 4 miles straight, but I feel like it's better than nothing.

Dirty Stud McGraw....that’ll work!

Just got back from CVS for my monthly meds run. They gave me 6 months supplies of all of them. Said because one of my meds is Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine) they were making sure I had enough of them because of the virus. No copay either. Looks like Plaquenil is gonna be the drug of choice nowadays.

****, I've got 3 indoor aquariums AND that 50-gallon beaut outside.

I was going to make a much larger pond on the south side of my house, but I think I'm going with a large box garden with a deer fence instead. I need to grow my own veggies to keep from getting virused by the local ham & eggers down at Kroger(s).

Stubby Hands Johnson may have to reconsider again.

Trump definitely deserves an award for how he's handled this whole thing. Amazing job. The best. No one has ever done a better job at anything in the history of human civlization.
Ok. Not sure who has said this, well, outside of UKOrina.

It took awhile to fully sink in, but now that it's incredibly the "new normal" (as these last few weeks feel like a solid year) this is just the wildest/weirdest **** of my life.

Only thing close is 9/11 (for my era), and while more dramatic, this is going to surpass it, already has imo. There have been and will be more terror attacks, to differing degrees, and that was of course a devastating moment for our country../not downplaying that/those in the least -- but nobody (that I associate with) has been through or will ever forget this. I mean, our country is essentially SHUT DOWN aside from food & medicine (and golf ;))

Just incredible. I've gone out a few times this week to pick up essentials for wife and I, and just seeing people in masks and going out of their way to take angles/stand 10' (nevermind 6') apart is just wild. I haven't seen any examples of people not going above and beyond in my limited social interactions, so :fistbump: to that I guess.

It's all just too much to process, almost. I still don't quite know where I stand on it all w/ regards to what needs to be done, or when we must turn country back on, but there is no denying at this point how touching serious this is, and the lasting impacts it will leave.

Unreal.

-stinky fish kelly, lulz.

-starting to see some projects delayed...nothing killed just yet. Rfp's still coming out regularly. Hold on tight gang...its gonna get weird.
I’m already modeling COVID-related considerations into logistics, phasing, and safety diagrams. And it’s included in THA’s now.

I spent all morning updating our COVID policy, which now needs to be updated again per the changes this afternoon.
This is obvious, but I think the biggest challenge (besides keeping guys 6’ apart - especially on certain tasks) will be maintaining the trust between different trades on the same job and making sure they’re all working with the same level of precautions and discipline. That and floating manpower dips from self quarantining.

We are already seeing a demand from subs to have sites to themselves and to work in isolation, and a limitation on the overall number of workers. On a big site, that’s next to impossible. Nothing would ever get done.

Who’s the first sub to break the social distancing so they can prank someone else by pissing in a water bottle and putting it in a guy’s toolbox?

Electricians followed by glazers imo

Same. There are already third-party services for daily temperature checks and “preemptive” contact tracing of sorts on sites.

In better news, Cal has heard the murmurs about the bad home schedule.

Got ol Richmond coming to Rupp next year!
