Diabolically induced self-outing.
Speaking of rabbit holes there’s a whole community dedicated to proving that Stevie Wonder isn’t blind.
There may be some crossover with the Beatles Clone/Impostor Truthers who believe they were assassinated and replaced by the Illuminati in 1966.
(The truth is out there...)

Looking forward to another awesome Black Jacket Symphony this weekend. Journey’s “Escape” followed by greatest hits.

I’ve seen them do Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Led Zepplin (twice), Guns’N’Roses, and Queen.

The Queen show was the best, with Marc Martell who did the vocals for Bohemian Rhapsody, absolutely unreal.

Led Zepplin my second favorite, but all have been a blast.

- A few days on the beach in Southern California was good for the soul. Dogdad needed a break. The perpetual gray of Kentucky has really started to get to me the last couple of winters.

- Having your starting PG quit on the team during a game (which is what it is when you refuse to go back in) is not ideal... but it’s worse when a coach rewards the behavior. What you allow, you encourage.

- I’m normally a sitcom snob but Brooklyn 99 is just funny.

- MLB blackout rules are infuriating. People who actively WANT to watch your product are simply told no. FS Ohio/MLB/Reds/Dish... get it together.

- Should be the first weekend of lawn prep/spring cleaning. Old.

- Have started trying leather sneakers (J&M). Not sure but they’re comfortable and not bright yellow/pink/camo like most Nike out there.

- My sneaks rotation:

Nike Killshot
Wool Allbirds
Nike Air Max for the gym
New Balance for running

- Has to be difficult for the summerheads to complain too much about this winter.

- Who the hell knows what we see Saturday. Hoping for reports of a players-only meeting today or tomorrow.

- The fact people are still dropping N-bombs, in public no less, smh.

Nova-Seton Hall pretty fun game. Powell’s one of those dudes who if he’s hot, doesn’t matter what you throw at him.

I mentioned this awhile back, but the 'new' Big East is awesome. Just a pure basketball conference, love everything about it. There's a good game in that conference seemingly every night, great home courts, and their TV coverage is A+.

-Michael Bennett is the worst of all time, man. It's like that annoying guy at the party who knows NOTHING about sports, but is the one doing all the talking about it. How in TF did he get his own show? I'm really curious about that.

Last week's gem when talking about teams whose metrics are above UK was "Look at Seton Hall, does anyone really think they're a top 25 team? I can't name one guy on their team"

Today he said verbatim that "Fulkerson is Larry Bird-esque" [laughing]

...throw in his obnoxious perma-fake laugh, and it's all i can do to not run my car off the road. No clue how Shannon, who's great, deals with that every day. :flush:

I've known the girl in the video since high school. She wasn't expected to survive her brain cancer diagnosis 3-4 years ago. She came out on the other side of treatment "changed" in some manner. Hard to describe in detail. She made a colossal mistake and deserves a ban of some sort, but under the circumstances I'd hate to see a lifetime ban. She isn't a racist monster by any stretch of the imagination.

And that's all I've got to say about that. /Gump

Yeah, she's close friends w/ a GYERO wife. Has to be really tough to navigate for friends & loved ones -- as you can't really defend them in public or you'll get mobbed in nearly the same manner.

I’d consider letting the player she said that to determine what sort of ban she gets.

-Cleaned the house, laundry this morning, took one so hard I threw up while driving my scooter home. Didn’t even slow down #polepuker. Thankfully I hadn’t eaten yet so it was an easy one.

Havana Cabana Pool laying with 3 friends for the rest of the day.

She said it to UT fan not any player, Chase. Dumbass

Yeah, let the UT fan decide her fate...Jesus, Chase.

I mean, what she said is terrible and unacceptable, a bad look for BBN and Kentucky.

But yeah, having brain cancer and treatment can really change a persons personality and behaviour, depending on what part of the brain was involved. I’m not saying she gets a pass per se, but she did apologize and understand that sort of thing has no place in this world...maybe her filter is damaged...this one is a little cloudy if you consider the person has a brain condition.

The way I respect and admire Nick Richards and Imma Quickley as people, that woman’s nonsensical ******** earned her a lifetime ban.

eff her.

It's horrible what she had to go thru. She has overcome a lot and I'm sure will overcome this. This "controversy" is nothing compared to fighting brain cancer.

It excuses, or rather helps explain, why she called an opposing fan a racial slur. But I can't see allowing her back in Rupp.

Nobody is calling for solitary confinement or anything stupid like that. You just can't go around calling opposing fans the N word. And who is to say she won't do it again since her brain is not the same?

Richards regressing a bit is a concern but it looks like he's got his confidence back as he crams on this little kid

I don't know this lady and what she is going through but my Dad died at 53 from complications regarding brain cancer and to watch a smart, vibrant guy the last year of his life act like they were 90, not recognizing his brothers and sisters, getting frequently confused and agitated over things he thought he said (but I don't recall anything racist) was terrible.

My Dad's love of all-things UK lasted to the very end. The week of so before he died, I was with him reading a paper where there was the story about Fitch and Daniels getting caught with fake i.d.'s. I told him it looks like Fitch and Daniels were in a little bit of trouble, and he said he doubted Tubby would do anything to them. He didn't know who his family was the night before but he knew to associate the names Fitch and Daniels to Tubby. Maybe that's not the amazing but there is something that runs deep to our connection with this UK thing.
