UT calls a timeout at ~2:15. Come out of that huddle and bang, great look for 2. UK promptly follows that up with a turnover. UT then gets 2 points on a missed shot putback.

Believe in this team at your own peril. Their flaws were in full bloom tonight. The guy in the coach’s box was especially glaring.

Richards beginning to regress. IQ goes AWOL (nothing run for him except to catch and dump it into Richards). Hagans ain’t getting any better than he is right now. Recipe for an opening weekend bounce. I hate it, but that’s the truth.

Outscored 50-31 in 2nd half
At home
On Senior Night

With mostly all non-freshmen playing major minutes.

This team is toast. Absolute toast.
And once again, no help on the horizon.

So glad they have 5 open scholarships right now. No chance there were no players out there who could play on this **** team.

Lifetime Contract. LOLOLOLOL

Tonight showed exactly why 7 of Cal’s 8 NCAAT losses at UK have been to inferior teams.

The closer the game, the higher the stakes, the tighter he gets. The players feel it, and they get tight as well. No confidence, no flow, and no freedom.

Spoiler alert: This exact same thing is going to happen in the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament a little over 3 weeks from now.

UCLA getting more bang for their buck with Mick Cronin then they would with John Calipari.

Time to bring in the next guy with a massive chip on their shoulder who isn't fat and happy....

It's so incredibly predictable. Our big guys have some skill but for some reason are the focal point of our offense. No inside out game, always outside in. We shot 50+% from 3 but only took 12 in an era where 20+ is the norm. Our guards are taught to drive into clogged lanes with no outlet because the guy that just vacated is destined to shoot and miss an 18 footer. We don't have OOB plays. We don't know how to handle a late game press. We play 3 guards but only 2 are viable but run the offense through a guy who can't finish in a layup line. One of our better shooters had a single shot all night.

****, the guys who said he just rolls it out there are starting to look more and more correct by the year.

We get what we deserve for writing Cal a blank check of job security. He gets what he deserves for getting fat and lazy, can't even recruit a full roster of players, gets swaggy over stringing a couple wins together over unranked opponents, etc. The players get what they deserve for obvious reasons.

We all get what we f*cking deserve.

Maxey took over the team’s offense for 5/8 of the game. Disappeared.

Then, bitchfaced, lazy **** attitude and continually destroyed by a Honkey melted these *******.

- I lol at all the “poor Ashton” horseshit from the media. It’s not a lack of confidence. It’s OVERCONFIDENCE that’s his flaw.

And it’s that issue that plagues the entire team. We get up a little and these bitches just let up, decide to coast. We have guy who are too cool to even dribble when they catch the ball. We’re lucky we’ve hung on enough.

- Four GD rebounds from our starting backcourt.

Oh and great efficiency from that trio too once again.

- Once again- we are playing in a conference that a guy got fouled taking a 3 but was rewarded no FTs ... at home.

- Tennessee- a **** team- just beat us by 25 points the last 15 minutes of Senior Night.

I'm not mad at a single player in this game. Quick and Nick played below average but have been carrying us all year. When we go up 17 and Cal is still screaming his head off at everyone it clearly rattled the guys and no one seemed to understand the levity of what was happening. If he sits his *** down and lives up to his ******** "player first team" mantra, maybe his dumbass doesn't lose to Kansas St and Auburn for shots at the final four in the past few years. I'm about as disgusted with Cal as I've ever been.

What it’s going to be is what the season has been, nail biters from the opening tip. You can go to the Final 4 like that, hell, you can win a title like that but you can also be a footnote in OSM on the end of an embarrassing loss to a low seed.

Been playing with fire all year and we haven’t learned one damn thing from coaches to players. We do what we do and play who we play with zero adjustment.

So grab a TUMS and chill I guess. Maybe the biggest enigma of a team in my lifetime from the enjoyable parts to the incredibly frustrating parts.

It’s not a lack of confidence. It’s OVERCONFIDENCE that’s his flaw.

He’s projecting. He looks scared shitless half the time out there, and it’s because he knows he sucks.

I hate the mfer, since day 1, but at this point I do feel a bit sorry for him. Cal is doing him zero favors by pretending he’s ALPHA DAWG CAL GUARD. But he has to get the kid drafted right now. We cannot have that clown show pretending to be a PG for another year.

Recruit better. Fire Joel and Tony. It’s that simple.

Also, it’s officially football time in the bluegrass.

Great. Coming off back to back years losing to Bruce Weber/Bruce Pearl in the tourney.
Makes zero staff changes
Continuing to get bitched out of any Top 5 players.

Yay, another year of hoping it "all comes together in March" and maybe get lucky.

2 HOURS AWAY, CAN'T WAIT!

<---Shotgun. Just put me on the damn bus now. I'm pissed

November 5th. Right after Cade Cunningham committed to Okie State.

Narrator: It didn't come together in March

Hey, at least they signed 2 Top 5 players this year. First ones since Skal!

Jeremy Cox, Glynn Cyprien, Tracy Webster, Reggie Hanson, David Hobbs, Scott Rigot

>>>>>>

Justus and Barbee.

I'd give my left nut for Bruce Pearl right now
