The reason I love Lynn more than Randall has a lot to do with 72 tattoos. Lynn's first tattoo was the Chinese symbol for "death", a lot of people forget that.

*went looking for the chinese death symbol and found out there are 60 different symbols for death. No telling which one Lynn got, or what it means exactly.

We can't even get through one exhibition game without the ***** bus being loaded already? Going to be a long season.

-Are we overreacting to Montgomery's effort in 2 scrimmages?

-Are we overreacting to Brooks' effort in 2 scrimmages?

-I'm not a UKBB(like SAE and Booker) hater but am interested in the ***** bus.

-DADyero didn't prepare me adequately for carving a pumpkin in 2019. Went with the Wildcat behind the interlocking UK. Not to mention I had a cheapo carving set. Took about 2 hours before I got the technique down. Thanks, guys.

-Rain needs to GTFO, only so many "cute" Halloweens left and I'm not trying to have one cute short.

-Really excited for this BYE week, guys. CFB, nothing planned(cue WS sending me a message with all kinds of plans), Breeders Cup, bourbon. Can't get here soon enough.

-Sturgill in Rupp :eyes:

-he recorded(used a couple of my amps) much of his early stuff(sunday valley and such) in my building on National avenue in the studio(shangri-la) adjacent to my office. Huber/Bonz/Fylm and I had our first/only "false hussies" "practice" in the same space. Went to lunch with him and my buddy the producer a few times. Sweet (intense) fellow.

-in short, its nice to see a local boy doing amazingly well in the music industry...had been quite a while.

No, they aren't. Consider his punt returns against Mizzou and Penn State last year, both of which he put himself in the game for.

And Cobb was the only offensive weapon we had for 3 straight years aside from Derrick Locke. Bowden's awesome and his transformation has been something to behold, but Cobb was the guy from day 1.

Not discounting Bowden, he just hasn't been the singular force Cobb was over the course of his career

I mean Locke ranks 7th on the all time rushing yards list.

I love Cobb. He is one hell of a football player and I am not going to tear him down to build Bowden up... but Bowden is just so sick. He's making SEC defenders look like high school kids with their pursuit angles. It's incredible.

I'm not on the ***** bus but I'm certainly concerned, as I have been since we whiffed on Blackshear, that our frontcourt is going be a problem. I'm hopeful that Montgomery will show up in real games (especially as a rebounder) like he did to close out most of last year, but so far he looks like the exact same guy.

As a side note, it is incredible that Cal doesn't get either the number 1 or number 2 big man every single year. You'd think coaching Cousins, Davis, and Towns coupled with his psychopathic need to play through the post even when he has ****** options would have every big in the country beating down our new barn door.

The Chinese number for death is 4. I suggest Paschal switch that **** out.

Pretty amazing how he's managed to keep his rep as a GREAT mid range game guy given that he's about 6-70 on those in his career.

I have zero faith in EJ making any type of PJ (even a poor man's one) leap and hope like hell to be wrong.

Cobb stuck with his UK commitment despite a late UT offer and him growing up a UT fan and 10 miles from their campus. Most people, let alone a 17-year old, don't have that sense of honor. Bowden's great and love watching him grow into the player and person he is, but I'm not ready to say he has surpassed Cobb.

* The Stock Advice Thread just continues to amaze me. One poster insisted "buy, buy, buy" on HEXO a month ago. It's down 40% since. Another had an inside tip -- his mutual friend who's insanely rich spoke directly with the CEO of GrubHub, and it's about to take off like a rocket. After a terrible earnings call, it's down 30% today alone.

The best part is that these dudes refuse to criticize each other.

it's just a small part of my portfolio
perfect time to buy some more
i pick way more winners than losers, so i'm not concerned
blah, blah, blah dollar cost averaging

Lynn Bowden, without even putting on much of a juke, caused two Missouri defenders to bonk into one another like that famous touchdown run Mike Vick had against the Vikings as a rookie. Just a slight change in direction caused an SEC defense that wasn't Arkansas to go full Keystone Cops.

I don't know if I agree with putting Lynn Bowden over Randall Cobb on Oct. 29, but I *get* it.
